Push-up exercise

This exercise can be performed in two ways, either by standing upright, or by sitting while maintaining the straightness of the torso, and adhering to the following instructions:

Hold an appropriate weight with both hands and press

to raise dumbbells. 

Raise your arms along the shoulder line, with your elbows bent upwards.

 Begin by raising the arms toward the top of the head until they are fully extended, while remaining in this position for several seconds.

Gradually bring the arms back to the level of the shoulders.

Repeat the exercise in four rounds, so that each round includes 10 repetitions.

Pull-down exercise

 Stand straight, with a weight in both hands.

 Extend the arms along the upper torso.

Raise the arms up with the elbows bent inward, so that the arms are along the shoulder line, and the weight remains at the level of the chest.

Stability in this position for a few seconds, then return to the first position, and repeat the exercise in rounds, in each round 10 repetitions.

 Flaps weight exercise

 Stand straight, with an appropriate weight in both hands.

 Extend the arms on either side of the upper torso.

Raise the arms in a straight line until they are in front of the chest area, while tightening the shoulder muscles to the maximum extent.

Hold this position for a few seconds.

Slowly bring the arms back to the sides of the upper torso.

 The exercise is repeated in 3 rounds, so that each round includes 10 front flap.
